Shipping policy

Orders are sent out within 2 business days, not including weekends and public holidays. During busy periods such as sales, restocks and new product releases, we require up to 7 days for orders to be processed, but we endeavour to get orders out as soon as possible. 

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over the value of $100. There is no code required and free shipping with automatically update at checkout. Australian orders under the value of $55 will incur a shipping charge of $7.95. We ship our Australian orders via Aus Post. An email with your tracking number will be sent once order has dispatched. Orders will arrive within 3-7 business days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all International orders over the value of $129 (Australian Dollars). There is no code needed and free shipping will automatically update at checkout. Orders under the amount of $129 will incur a delivery charge of $19.95. Once dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please ensure your phone number is added upon checkout as we will need to add this to your shipping information.
